Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the development and execution of site merchandising strategies that align with business objectives and customer needs.
* Use data and analytics to identify trends, friction points, and opportunities for optimisation, and communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adapt and tailor the customer journey to meet cultural and behavioural differences across regions.
* Present insights and strategy updates to executive leadership and cross-functional teams, and drive engagement and inclusion through team meetings and leadership visibility.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in eCommerce or Retail, with a focus on digital merchandising and international markets.
* Strong analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from data and communicate them effectively.
* A customer-centric mindset with cultural awareness and adaptability.
* Experience influencing cross-functional teams and leading fast-paced initiatives.
