Our team seeks a Senior Operations Manager to lead the hotel's day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the hotel operation, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experiences.

* Ensure timely resolution of guest matters and close out efficiently.
* Assist in the smooth operation of Front Office and Food & Beverage departments.
* Act as the main point of contact on shift and resolve any issues that may arise.
* Be actively involved in all departments in a hands-on capacity.
