At PwC, our clients are at the heart of what we do and crucial to our growth. Our Business Development team provides direct support to client-facing teams across all service lines within the firm.
This role is for a 12-month fixed-term contract. Supported by a Salesforce Associate and under the leadership of the Data Analytics Lead and Head of Business Development, you will be the subject matter expert for all Salesforce CRM functionality, adoption, and overall CRM strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Lead all aspects of and manage the Salesforce Sales Cloud solution, including strategic planning, data collation, dashboard creation, data accuracy, and implementing business processes.
* Collaborate with partners and stakeholders to shape Salesforce solutions supporting the go-to-market strategy.
* Provide guidance, training, and support on Sales Cloud to ensure effective platform utilization.
* Analyze user adoption, identify changes, recommend actions, and communicate with stakeholders.
* Troubleshoot issues, recommend solutions, and ensure data integrity and system usage best practices.
* Ensure compliance with data protection policies.
* Engage with teams to promote Salesforce adoption across the firm.
Experience:
* At least 5 years of senior experience in sales, marketing, or change management, including 2+ years in Salesforce Sales Cloud CRM.
* Experience in CRM strategy planning and execution.
* Proven project management skills under tight deadlines.
* Data analysis and insight derivation skills.
* Knowledge of data management and quality processes.
* Experience in delivering training to diverse audiences.
Skills:
Strong technical understanding of Salesforce, business acumen, excellent communication, proactive project management, stakeholder engagement, attention to detail, leadership in change management, and advocacy for best practices.
