Operations Excellence Lead Job Description

* Lead cross-functional teams of technicians, contractors, and vendors to ensure high-quality operational standards and best practices implementation.
* Evaluate multiple data center availability zones, develop strategic infrastructure management plans, and implement process improvements for increased uptime and reduced costs.
Becoming an Operations Excellence Lead at our company requires:
* A bachelor's degree or higher in a related field such as operations management, engineering, computer science or related fields;
* No less than 5 years experience managing engineers/technicians with proven track record of leadership;
* Demonstrated ability to manage budgets effectively;
* Analyze large amounts of technical information from various sources including equipment performance metrics.
