Your Role
As an Operations Customer Expert, you will be the first point of contact for customers via phone, email, and chat, delivering high-quality support and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Handle customer enquiries via chat, phone, and email, aiming for first-contact resolution
* Manage customer cases end-to-end, including complex issues
* Support fraud investigations, disputes (chargebacks), and complaints
* Identify and assist vulnerable customers with empathy and professionalism
* Adapt to changing processes, tools, and customer needs
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to continuous improvement
What We Are Looking For
* C1/C2 level of English (mandatory)
* Minimum 12 months of experience in Customer Service, Banking, Financial Services, or Insurance in Ireland or for Irish market.
* Strong communication skills with a customer-first mindset
* Confident decision-making and problem-solving abilities
* Comfortable working with multiple systems and digital tools
* Flexible, resilient, and detail-oriented
Working Conditions
* Work in Office in Lisbon, Portugal
* 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts + 1-hour lunch break
* Rotating shifts, Monday to Sunday (24/7 operation)
* Portuguese employment contract
* 22 days of paid annual leave + public holidays
