Duties: Design and deliver internal and corporate communications strategies that support the firms strategic objectives and key priority areas.
Produce clear, engaging, and high-quality content for internal channels, including the intranet, newsletters, and firm-wide announcements, as well as corporate platforms.
Develop, edit, and fine-tune messaging for major initiatives, organisational updates, and senior leadership communications.
Lead the planning and delivery of communication campaigns that reinforce firm culture and advance DEI and CSR initiatives.
Maintain a consistent tone, strong brand voice, and clear messaging across all internal and corporate communications.
Act as the key point of contact with PR agencies and third-party publications, managing relationships and negotiating paid placements.
Research and assess advertising opportunities across relevant print and digital platforms, recommending the most effective channels and overseeing associated budgets.
Coordinate the development and delivery of creative assets and advertising with internal stakeholders and external agencies, ensuring brand consistency and measurable return on investment.
Design, build, and distribute internal and client-facing newsletters, ensuring strong visual impact, mobile optimisation, and consistent brand presentation.
Strategically incorporate key announcements and updates across all email channels to deliver a clear, cohesive, and measurable communications experience.
The Candidate: BA in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or related.
2years + experience in communications or content creation ideally within professional services.
Skilled in design and/or web software (plus).
Excellent writing and editing skills for digital channels, including social media, email, and web content.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Highly organised, adaptable, and able to meet strict deadlines.
Self-motivated with a flexible, proactive, and positive attitude.
