We are hiring for our client, a leading National commercial law firm, who are seeking to recruit a Corporate Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE to join their highly regarded team in Dublin. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic practice with high-calibre clients and a strong pipeline of domestic and cross-border transactions. The Role:
* Advise clients on corporate transactions including M&A, shareholder agreements, and reorganisations
* Draft and negotiate a range of commercial and transactional documents
* Provide strategic legal advice to clients on corporate governance and compliance
* Collaborate with partners and associates on complex matters across multiple jurisdictions
* Contribute to business development and client relationship initiatives
The Person:
* Qualified Solicitor with 3–5 years' PQE in corporate law (Ireland or UK)
* Strong drafting and negotiation skills
* Proven experience in mid-market M&A and advisory work
* Confident communicator with a commercial mindset
* Ambitious and seeking to grow within a supportive, high-performing team
The Rewards:
* Salary range €80,000 – €100,000 (DOE)
