We are seeking an experienced
Senior Executive Recruiter (inhouse)
to work in a fast-paced high-performance environment. In this role, you'll partner closely with hiring managers, and external agencies to attract top-tier talent while ensuring a world-class candidate experience. You'll play a key role in shaping the hiring strategy, optimizing recruitment processes, and enhancing our employer brand. What You'll Do

* Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiting colleagues to develop and execute sourcing strategies for high-impact trading roles.
* Build and maintain strong pipelines of qualified candidates through direct sourcing, networking, and agency partnerships.
* Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and inform hiring strategies.
* Deliver data-driven insights reporting to stakeholders to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
* Ensure a seamless and engaging candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
* Identify and implement process improvements and innovative sourcing tools to enhance recruiting effectiveness.

What We're Looking For

* 7+ years
of recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-performance environment filling complex roles.
* Inhouse experience dealing with multiple key stakeholders.
* Experience in managing high end complex recruitment/hard to fill roles.
* Strong ability to build relationships with key stakeholders and agents.
* It would be beneficial if you had
front-office technology hiring exposure
in HFT, investment banking, or hedge fund settings but not essential.
* Strong experience managing full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and agency collaboration.
* Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and adapt quickly to changing priorities.
* Creative problem-solving mindset and a passion for continuous improvement.
