Are you an experienced Cloud Infrastructure leader ready to shape cloud strategy, drive performance, and lead high-performing teams? Our client is entering the next phase of its AWS journey—scaling, optimizing, and innovating—and we’re looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Manager to guide one of their cloud squads through this change.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead a cross-functional cloud infrastructure squad (technical, delivery & strategic).
* Oversee infrastructure projects post-AWS migration, ensuring scalability and performance.
* Collaborate across architecture, QA, PMO, and application teams.
* Shape cloud strategies that align with business objectives and technical best practices.
* Lead vendor partnerships and off-shore teams, ensuring SLA performance.
* Drive continuous improvement, upskilling, and succession planning within your team.
What You’ll Bring:
* Proven experience leading infrastructure/cloud teams in complex, global environments.
* Strong knowledge of AWS and Infrastructure as Code tools like Terraform.
* Excellent understanding of networking
* Ability to manage large-scale technical initiatives while balancing people and process.
* Strong stakeholder and vendor management experience.
