Job Title: Legal Bookkeeper

We are seeking an experienced Legal Bookkeeper to join our team in Craigavon.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of maintaining accurate financial records, handling client funds, and working closely with practice managers and secretaries.

* Maintain accurate records of financial transactions, including recording receipts, transfers, and payments
* Handle client funds, including recording receipts, transfers to and from deposit, and managing residual balances
* Maintain office accounts, including client-to-office transfers, managing office balances, bills of cost, and VAT
* Work closely with practice managers and secretaries to compile and cross-reference invoices against monies in and out
* Manage payroll and HMRC requirements

Requirements:

* Previous experience as a legal bookkeeper
* Excellent bookkeeping and accounting skills
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Ability to work closely with practice managers and secretaries
