About You
Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or equivalent)
3+ years post-qualification experience in practice (preferred)
Strong technical knowledge across accounting and Irish taxation
Proven ability to manage client relationships independently
Experience supervising or mentoring junior staff
Strong organisational and time management skills
Confident communicator with good interpersonal ability
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to work
Comfortable managing a varied workload across multiple clients
About Your New Role

Manage a portfolio of accounting and tax clients end-to-end
Prepare personal and corporate tax returns across varied client types
Deliver high-quality client assignments within agreed deadlines
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
Oversee day-to-day workflow for allocated clients

Supervise and support junior team members
Review work prepared by junior staff to ensure accuracy and compliance
Support consultancy and advisory assignments
Assist with scheduling and allocation of client work within the team
Identify opportunities to improve client service delivery
