This is ahands-on, operational rolefocused on administration, access enablement, and broker-facing support — not a software engineering or architecture position.You will play a key role in ensuring secure, seamless user access experiences while maintaining strong governance, auditability, and compliance across multiple platforms.Key ResponsibilitiesAdminister and maintain CIAM solutions to ensure secure and compliant user accessProvision broker organisations and users within CIAM platformsConfigure local and federated user accountsManage Magic Link allow-lists, approved email domains, and MFA enrolmentPerform bulk user onboarding and user migrationsValidate broker data against CRM recordsManage and support user journeys (sign-in, sign-up, password reset)Administer identity providers and application registrationsAssign roles, groups, and access permissionsExecute Joiner / Mover / Leaver (JML) activitiesPerform token and access validation testingIssue, expire, and re-issue one-time access linksTroubleshoot failed Magic Link and MFA login attemptsEnforce operational access controls and maintain audit trailsEscalate suspected misuse to Security OperationsMonitor and analyse access logs to identify and respond to security incidentsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve access mechanisms and user experienceProvide technical support for access-related issuesDocument procedures, workflows, and access control standardsRequirements3+ years' experience in Identity & Access Management or a related fieldStrong knowledge of CIAM concepts and technologies (SSO, MFA, user lifecycle management)Solid understanding of networking and security principles related to access managementHands-on experience with access management tools and platformsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detailExcellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholdersDegree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (preferred)
