We are looking for an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our friendly, close-knit team.
This role offers genuine clinical variety, strong teamwork and the opportunity to work cases properly within a supportive hospital environment that values balance as much as standards.
The Role Day to Day
This position suits a vet who is confident with first-opinion consultations and routine surgery, and who enjoys working as part of a collaborative team while also being comfortable using their own initiative.
The standard working pattern is five days per week, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
Rotas include one weeknight on-call duty and weekend cover on a shared basis, typically two in every five weekends, with Saturday morning clinics and on-call cover on Sundays.
Flexibility can be discussed, particularly for the right candidate.
Who This Role Will Suit
Ideal for a VCI-registered Veterinary Surgeon with at least 1–2 years' experience in small animal practice.
Friendly, professional, keen to be part of a practice where teamwork and patient care come first.
