Job Opportunity:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and internal systems
* Support financial operations, including billing, queries, reconciliations, and data processing
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
* Investigate and resolve customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
* Collaborate with colleagues across the finance team and other departments
* Produce reports and analyze data using Excel (including formulas, lookups, and data manipulation)
* Ensure compliance with company policies and financial procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications:
* Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
* Excellent teamwork and communication skills
* Exceptional attention to detail and high accuracy
* Proven customer service experience, ideally in a finance or administrative environment
* Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
* A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn
