Responsibilities
1. The team is responsible for preparing month-end accruals, year-end formulaicpensation, reporting, analysis and various ad hoc requests related processes
2. The role will drive strategic projects to help increase efficiencies through process re-engineering and automation, including cross-functional collaboration with technology, senior management and portfolio managers.
3. Implement reporting/analysis to senior management that adds value/impact to overall business
4. This position demands an analytical approach to problem-solving, as well as outstanding organizational and multi-tasking skills. It requires you have a keen eye for detail and able to deliver in a fast-paced, demanding environment while remaining calm under pressure
Qualifications/Skills Required
5. Bachelor's degree in accounting or other business-focused majors
6. 7+ Years experience
7. ACA or ACCA qualified
8. Strongmunication skills, both verbal and written
9. Strong leader who lead cross-functional working groups
10. Quick learner, detail oriented; proven thoroughness and strong ownership of work
11. Strong Excel skills (including v-lookup and pivot tables)
12. Ability to prioritize in a fast paced, constantly changing environment; high sense of urgency and resilience
