Transfer Pricing Manager Job Description

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a global transfer pricing services team, working with clients from various industries. As a Transfer Pricing Manager, you will be responsible for planning and implementing transfer pricing structures, overseeing disputes in multiple territories, and leading major client relationships.
The successful candidate will have experience in international tax, excellent communication skills, and strong commercial sense. You will also manage client relationships, develop strategies, and review transfer pricing policies.
In this role, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services to our clients. Your responsibilities will evolve as you enhance your career with us.
Your Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and implement transfer pricing structures and oversee disputes in multiple territories.
2. Lead major client relationships in relation to international transfer pricing matters.
3. Manage and assist in the development of strategy design and implementation.
4. Review and design transfer pricing policies.
5. Advise and assist in relation to advance pricing agreements, competent authority claims etc.
6. Prepare transfer pricing reports, including economic and financial analyses.
7. Manage a team of transfer pricing staff.
8. General business development, both internally and externally.
