Staffline Recruitment is hiring a Guest Reservations & Revenue Executive for the hospitality industry.
This role is a full-time, permanent position based in Leitrim, offering great opportunities for career progression.
Requirements
 1. Handle enquiries by phone, email, or social media.
 2. Prepare quotes, take deposits, confirm bookings, and record all details accurately.
 3. Keep the booking system up to date with correct prices and availability.
 4. Work on reception two weekends per month.
 5. Gather feedback and help improve guest satisfaction.
 6. Inspect the area and report any maintenance or housekeeping issues.
 7. Prepare housekeeping schedules and check that rooms are ready on time.
 8. Take part in monthly stock counts for the café, shop, and housekeeping.
 9. Help with ordering and tracking deliveries.
 10. Support weddings, corporate events, and music nights as needed.
Requirements
 11. 1-2 years' experience in a hotel, reception or reservations
 12. Experience using booking or property management systems ( Little Hotelier, Mews)
