Field Sales Executive – West Dublin | FMCG

Are you a driven sales professional who thrives in the field and enjoys building strong customer relationships?
We're recruiting a Field Sales Executive on behalf of a global FMCG company with a long-standing presence in Ireland. This role is field-based, managing a portfolio of retail and wholesale accounts in West Dublin.
What You'll Do:
* Manage and grow retail and wholesale accounts across West Dublin.
* Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers and store teams.
* Support product visibility, promotions, and compliance in-store.
* Deliver against KPIs for coverage, availability, and distribution.
* Identify and act on new business opportunities in your territory.
* Plan and manage a structured call cycle with support from head office.
What We're Looking For:
* Previous face-to-face sales experience, ideally in FMCG or a similar fast-moving sector.
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable managing your own territory.
* Full clean driving licence and flexibility for occasional travel.
