Lead Financial Operations Manager
This is an exciting opportunity to join the finance function of a successful company.
Main Responsibilities:
* The production of financial reports, including board packs, monthly, quarterly and year end accounts and annual report.
* Managing the consolidation of business units across multiple locations.
* Preparation of banking pack.
* Assisting with the preparation of budgets and forecasts for each business unit, with variance analysis against budget and forecast.
* Acting as a support to various finance teams who support individual business units.
* Management of the audit process.
* Maintaining the reporting system.
* Assisting with any technical accounting matters arising, including acquisitions and disposals.
The position will be highly visible within the organization, offering exposure to senior managers/directors throughout all business units.
The ideal candidate will have strong financial management skills and experience in managing financial operations.
A background in accountancy or a related field is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required.
The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines is also necessary.
