Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with managers to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
Source, screen, and recommend top talent.
Advise on market trends, salary benchmarks, and workforce planning.
Ensure a positive candidate experience and support onboarding.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and maintain talent pipelines.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work independently and provide strategic talent advice.
