Key Duties And Responsibilities
* Set up meeting rooms and conference halls for upcoming meetings according to the layout style and requirements requested.
* Ensure crockery, cutlery, AV equipment, tables, chairs, etc. are set up correctly and in good condition.
* Ensure the meeting room / conference hall is ready in time for guests arrival and any refreshments requested are delivered on time and as per specification.
* Carry out the breakdown and cleaning of the meeting rooms after meetings / events have finished.
* Assist reception with guest requests and other departments (Food & Beverage and Housekeeping) in the Hotel when there are no meetings booked.
Who We Are Looking For
* 1-2 years experience within hospitality or a similar role is desirable
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to work equally well in a team environment and on their own initiative
* Good command of the English language
