Minimum qualifications: 15 years of experience in sales coaching of both sales managers and sellers, and leading an organization through direct report managers. Experience influencing and building relationships at the executive decision-making level (C-level) and cross-functionally in a matrixed, multinational organization. Experience driving business growth within emerging markets and navigating volatile business environments. Ability to speak and write in English fluently in order to work with internal and external customers. Preferred qualifications: Understanding of the Social, Gaming, and App ecosystems, with the ability to shape industry influence and drive product adoption in these specific verticals. Experience working with or in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region, with an understanding of the cultural and business nuances of the Domestic and Government sectors. About the job As the Director of LCS MENA in the Dublin EMEA hub, you will ensure the best of the hub is brought to our customers in the MENA (Middle East and North Africa) markets. You will lead a dynamic team of Account Managers and Sales Managers, and also use the scale of the hub to bring best practices and efficiencies to the in-country teams that operate separately from each other.
