Global Cybersecurity (GCS)
GCS protects State Street and its clients from the impact of cyber-attacks against systems by understanding the risks these attacks present and mitigating them through a robust, continuously evolving, cybersecurity program and control environment.
Cyber Identity & Access Management (IAM)
IAM designs, deploys, and continually enhances security measures for the protection of State Street's information related to its assets and customers.
This role sits in the GCS cyber office of CISO sub-function in IAM.
Responsibilities
The primary responsibilities of this role are:
* Act as the primary product owner for one or more enterprise CIAM solutions.
* Participate in definition and management of the CIAM product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and security requirements.
* Prioritize product features and enhancements based on user needs, market trends, and technical feasibility.
* Oversee the entire CIAM product lifecycle, from conception to launch and ongoing maintenance.
* Conduct thorough assessments of existing CIAM solutions across the enterprise, including subsidiaries and affiliates.
* Identify areas of improvement in CIAM functionality, security and user experience.
* Document and analyze the current state of deployments, including user flows, authentication methods and data integration.
* Participate in the refinement of the enterprise wide CIAM solutions to improve security and user experience.
* Leverage leading industry practices and observed deployed solution to inform product strategy.
* Drive improvements to ensure a seamless and intuitive authentication and authorization process.
* Stay up to date on the latest CIAM trends and technologies.
* Identify opportunities to leverage new technologies to enhance the enterprise's CIAM capabilities.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* A strong understanding of CIAM principles and technologies.
* Proven experience in product management, particularly in the IAM domain.
* Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
* Knowledge of IAM governance.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Working with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or others, including managing identity data, provisioning, etc.
* High Level authentication and Authorization concepts, including Knowledgeable on SAML and OAuth
* Experience with IAM tools such as Sailpoint, PAM, MFA, and experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC)
