As a key member of our team, you will support senior management in their leadership roles. With a growing organization, this is an exciting time to join. Your duties will include scheduling management, travel arrangements, event planning, filing, record keeping, and assisting with ad-hoc projects.
Duties & Responsibilities
* Scheduling & meeting coordination
* Travel/hotel bookings & itinerary preparation
* Covering other administrative staff during annual leave
* Event management / prep for meetings / AGMs
* Extensive filing & record keeping of airport contracts
* Dictation of letters/documents/contracts as required
* Minute taking of weekly meetings
* Drafting weekly reports for senior management
* Producing reports using Microsoft Office tools
* Assisting with ad-hoc projects as needed
You will work closely with senior level executives, dealing with confidential information. We are looking for someone with excellent computer skills, who can think on their feet and has a positive attitude. They must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, both independently and as part of a team.
