Role Overview
We are currently seeking Experienced Travel Consultants to join our growing retail teams. In this role, you’ll be selling a wide range of holidays including sun breaks, cruises, long haul getaways, city breaks, sports packages, and tailor-made itineraries. You’ll work in one of our upbeat, fast-paced stores alongside a supportive and experienced team.

Key Responsibilities
* Sell a broad range of travel products from leading tour operators and airlines
* Tailor holiday packages to meet customer needs and close the sale with confidence
* Deliver outstanding service and build long-lasting customer relationships
* Meet and exceed individual and store sales targets
* Handle bookings end-to-end, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout
* Stay up to date on travel trends, destinations, and offers
* Collaborate with your team to create a welcoming and professional in-store experience
Requirements
* Previous retail travel or travel sales experience is essential
* Confident sales ability with a track record of meeting targets
* Excellent destination and product knowledge
* High attention to detail and accuracy in processing bookings
* Passion for customer service and creating great holiday experiences
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Team-oriented and flexible approach
* Ability to work in a busy, fast-paced retail environment
