Job Title: Global Ecommerce Manager
Overview of the Role:
The Global Ecommerce Manager is a strategic position within our Digital Demand Transformation, serving as a center of excellence for Connected Commerce and Search across Food & Nutrition.
This role leads the development and execution of global strategies for connected commerce and search, ensuring best practices, partnerships, and governance to support regional and market initiatives.
The manager collaborates closely with Regional Marketing and Sales teams to drive high-performance and innovation in digital commerce and search initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead our 'Connected Commerce' model and best practices, including Perfect Shelf, Retail Media, Social Commerce, and Innovation Pipeline across all distribution outlets such as Marketplaces, Grocery, QComm, and Direct channels.
* Define and maintain our Search Strategy and Best Practices, including SEO, SEM, AI, Social, and future innovations, along with website recommendations.
* Oversee the development of a digital content workflow supporting execution, integrating AI-enabled tools and technologies in partnership with The Kitchen.
* Support the selection and requirements for global digital commerce and search platforms that cater to multi-region scalability, localization, and multi-currency needs, in collaboration with the Global Digital Team.
* Lead 'Always On' performance monitoring, including KPIs, dashboards, and optimization guidelines, ensuring regional compliance to best practices.
* Partner with regional teams on website UX to optimize content and search performance.
* Act as the primary escalation point for regional digital commerce and search teams, providing strategic guidance on complex issues.
* Create and maintain a centralized knowledge base with FAQs, guides, training modules, and case studies accessible globally.
Skill Requirements:
* Strong technical skills in Ecommerce and Search
* Significant experience in both local and global digital experiences
* Ability to set goals, manage multiple projects, and prioritize effectively
* Excellent communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
* Ability to build strong relationships across internal departments and external partners
* Experience leading transformational projects
* Data measurement and insights expertise
