We are seeking an exceptional Administrator (Accounts) to provide a full and comprehensive administrative function for multiple departments across the organisation.
Administrative support for company departments: Main accountabilities and responsibilities (max 10) Support month end reporting to ensure completion of month end figures Invoice customers daily to ensure customers are invoiced in a timely manner Manage all ship through claims to protect company margins and cashflow Process ship through claims monthly Convert periodical documents daily to ensure they are created in a timely manner Manage tender submissions to ensure tenders are submitted accurately and on time Resolve email and phone queries to ensure they are resolved in a timely manner Support AccRec team as required to ensure customer accounts are up to date Provide admin support to other Depts.
to ensure admin tasks are completed in a timely manner Order office supplies as required to ensure adequate supply Post online orders in Herbst Insight Use company management tools to keep up to date with our Company objectives, Departmental objectives and your own objectives and participate in reviews Experience and qualification requirements: Degree (or applicable experience) in Finance / Business Administration or related field Prior experience in a similar role Experience with Dynamics 365 an advantage A solid understanding of business administration processes A self-starter mentality with the ability to multitask with competing priorities and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail A creative thinker with a strong customer orientation Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Thrive in matrix environments and adept at building relationships with different stakeholders.
