Come work with us as a key member of the site leadership team. As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the engineering and support organization at the site. This includes manufacturing engineering, facilities engineering, project management, and support office activities to install, qualify, and validate new processes and equipment.
You will drive successful change management outcomes, meet new product introduction schedules, and enhance productivity and quality. Your teams will identify, manage, and execute projects within the site to deliver year-over-year improvements.
* Responsible for process and equipment installation, qualification, and validation according to required standards.
* Ensure adherence to industry regulations including ISO13485, GDP, and Facilities and Environmental, Health and Safety regulations.
* Lead and manage projects supporting company objectives.
* Participate in leadership teams, contributing to strategy development and operational plans.
* Provide leadership for all manufacturing engineering, support, facilities, and EHS activities and teams.
* Foster an inclusive and collaborative culture.
* Align organizational decisions with the company's vision and values.
* Develop and monitor departmental goals.
* Act as process owner for workflows related to support, training, and engineering.
* Mentor and train stakeholders in project management methodologies and tools.
* Facilitate strategic planning and performance review processes.
* Manage and develop direct reports through coaching, development, and performance evaluations.
* Represent the organization within the division and with other sites regarding manufacturing engineering and EHS.
Education and background:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Operations, or equivalent experience.
Certifications in Lean/Six Sigma, DMAIC, PRINCE2 are preferred.
2-5 years of successful project management experience applying PM tools/methodologies.
2-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations, business improvement, or quality systems in an international environment.
Strong communication skills and ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience with medical device industry and ERP systems.
Fluent in English (verbal and written); ability to travel internationally.
