We are seeking a skilled and motivated professional to manage a designated kitchen section.
About the Role:
* Manage a section of the kitchen effectively, ensuring high culinary standards are maintained.
* Adhere to food safety, hygiene and HACCP regulations at all times.
The Ideal Candidate:
We require someone with minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent role. Relevant culinary qualification or professional training is also essential. Strong knowledge of food safety practices and excellent teamwork skills are required for this position.
