You will be responsible for managing and motivating a team on the shop floor, ensuring that performance, quality, and safety standards are consistently met.This is a hands-on role within a dynamic production environment, where you may be required to step in and support the line when necessary. Working Monday to Friday (07:00 - 18:00), you will ensure smooth day-to-day operations and drive productivity across your shift.What you'll need to succeedTo succeed in this position, you will ideally have experience supervising teams within a manufacturing or food production environment.
