This role is ideal for someone who thrives in the early hours and takes pride in delivering exceptional breakfast service to guests in a luxury setting.
You'll be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality breakfast dishes with efficiency and consistency, while ensuring the kitchen operates smoothly during the morning service.

€17 per hour + Accommodation provided Consistent early shifts with afternoons free Meals on duty Supportive team environment in a historic and renowned property Opportunities for training and development within the kitchen team Key Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast dishes to a consistently high standard Set up and break down the breakfast station and buffet Ensure all food preparation is carried out efficiently and on time Work closely with kitchen and front-of-house teams to deliver smooth breakfast service Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in line with HACCP regulations Monitor stock levels and report shortages to the Head Chef Contribute to menu ideas for seasonal or special offerings when required Key Requirements: Previous experience in a similar breakfast chef or early-shift chef role Strong knowledge of breakfast service operations (buffet, la carte, or plated service) Excellent timekeeping and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage morning prep without supervision A positive attitude and genuine passion for cooking HACCP certification and knowledge of food safety regulations Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays as required Skills: Time Management Communication Organisation Benefits: Accommodation provided
