About the Role
Due to the ongoing growth of our business, we are seeking a Parts Advisor to join our dynamic Aftersales team. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and passionate individual who is committed to delivering exceptional service to both our customers and colleagues.
Key Responsibilities
* Receive and verify stock deliveries, ensuring accuracy at all times.
* Store stock items in the correct locations.
* Work closely with the Parts Manager, supporting both Trade and Retail customers by identifying, locating, invoicing, and issuing parts using our Dealer Management System.
* Maintain accurate sales and returns documentation.
* Keep up-to-date product knowledge across the full franchise range.
* Assist in pre-picking parts for our technician team.
* Actively pursue new trade parts business opportunities.
* Build and maintain an excellent working knowledge of all relevant parts systems.
* Strive to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Essential Criteria
* Previous experience in a parts or motor trade environment (minimum 1 year required).
* Strong communication skills in verbal and written English.
* Friendly and professional telephone manner with the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Highly motivated, organized, and proactive approach to work.
