Key Responsibilities
Client Advice & Engagement
Deliver clear, tailored mortgage advice based on client needs.
Manage new enquiries, build rapport, and convert leads to applications.
Maintain strong communication and customer service throughout the process.
Sales & Pipeline Management
Drive progression of active cases and maximise conversion rates.
Identify opportunities for mortgage products, insurance, and future borrowing needs.
Work towards individual and team performance targets.
Application Processing
Prepare and submit mortgage applications to loan-offer stage.
Ensure all documentation is accurate and compliant.
Liaise with lenders, clients, and third parties to resolve outstanding items.
Compliance & Quality
Maintain compliant client files and adhere to regulatory requirements.
Follow data protection and internal quality standards.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience in Mortgage Advising and Processing in Financial Services/Brokerage.
Strong knowledge of mortgage products and lender criteria.
Proven pipeline management and sales conversion ability.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
High accuracy and strong organisational skills.
Comfortable in a target driven environment.
CRM and digital document proficiency.
Minimum APA/QFA Qualification.
