As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive sales and brand awareness.
Digital Marketing & Content Creation
Create engaging content for all social media platforms, including TikTok. Involving all departments. Respond to all comments, reviews, and messages across social channels. Keep Google Business Profile up-to-date and manage Google Ads campaigns.
CRM & Lead Management
Ensure all leads are properly captured in the CRM system. Monitor daily lead volume and quality to meet business targets. Implement touchpoint strategies to keep customers engaged throughout their ownership journey.
Branding & Promotional Activities
Coordinate branding for dealership vehicles in advance. Ensure dealership sites are maintained to brand standards.
Community Engagement & Local Promotion
Represent the business at community events and station displays. Build partnerships with local organizations to increase community presence. Use local knowledge to create regionally relevant marketing strategies.
This role requires a proactive, collaborative, and adaptable individual who can confidently represent the business at community-based events and across social media platforms. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a fast-paced business.
