Project Manager – Residential / Mixed-Use Construction
Location: Wicklow
Key Responsibilities:
* End-to-end project management from enabling works through to handover
* Liaise with architects, engineers, consultants, and subcontractors
* Programme planning, tracking progress, and ensuring project milestones are met
* Manage budgets, procurement, and cost control
* Ensure quality standards and compliance with building regulations
* Oversee on-site HSE in conjunction with safety team
* Lead site teams and promote a culture of accountability and excellence
What We’re Looking For:
* 5+ years’ experience in a Project Manager or Site Manager role
* Proven track record delivering residential developments, housing schemes, or apartment projects
* Background with Main Contractors, Developers, or Residential Builders
* Strong leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
* Knowledge of Irish building regulations, BCAR, and H&S legislation
* Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
