* We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solicitor to join our team as a Commercial Litigation Specialist.
About the Job
The successful candidate will be responsible for advising corporate clients on complex commercial disputes, including cases in the Commercial Court. They will develop strategies for clients, encompassing litigation, mediation, and arbitration, ensuring a thorough understanding and application of High Court procedures.
Key Responsibilities
* Handling a wide range of commercial disputes, from initial advice to trial
* Developing effective case management strategies, identifying key issues and resolving them efficiently
* Working closely with clients to understand their needs and goals, providing tailored solutions to meet those needs
Required Skills & Qualifications
* Qualified Solicitor admitted to the Roll of Solicitors in Ireland
* 3-7 years' PQE, with experience in commercial litigation
* Excellent technical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to analyze complex information and identify key issues
* Strong client care and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
* Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and progress own files
