We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and work on some of the biggest brands in Ireland and the UK.We are looking for an all round rockstar of a creative, a hands-on Shooting Director / Editor who can own projects from concept through final delivery.This is a full-time role, based in DublinRole OverviewThe Shooting Director / Editor will be responsible for directing shoots, capturing compelling footage, and editing polished final videos. This role requires a strong creative eye, technical expertise, and the ability to work efficiently in an incredibly fast-paced, collaborative environment.Key ResponsibilitiesProduction & DirectingPlan, direct, and execute video shoots (in studio and/or on-location)Collaborate with producers, clients, and creative team to align on vision and goalsMake creative decisions on framing, lighting, camera movement, and shot compositionLead talent and crew on set to ensure efficient, high-quality shootsCinematographyOperate cameras and related equipment (cameras, lenses, audio, lighting)Ensure high technical standards for video and audio captureAdapt quickly to changing shoot conditions or creative needsPost-Production & EditingEdit video content for various platforms (social, web, branded content, etc.)Apply colour correction, basic colour grading, sound syncing, and audio clean-upIncorporate graphics, music, and motion elements as neededManage revisions and feedback efficiently while meeting deadlinesCreative CollaborationContribute creative ideas during pre-production and post-productionMaintain consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelinesHelp refine workflows as the company growsMust HaveProven experience as a Shooting Director, Videographer, or Video EditorStrong portfolio demonstrating both shooting and editing skillsProficiency in editing software (preferably Adobe Premiere Pro)Solid understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio recordingStrong storytelling and visual composition skillsExcellent time management and communication skillsNice to HaveExperience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar)Experience shooting for social media and digital platformsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyInterest in helping shape the creative direction of a growing companyWhat We OfferOpportunity to grow with a rapidly expanding production companyChance to work with some of the biggest brands in Ireland and the UKCollaborative and supportive team environmentCompetitive salary, based on experienceHow to ApplySubmit your CV along with your portfolio/showreel, and a brief note about your experience
