Corporate Finance Manager - DublinGiven the considerable investment in broader Infrastructure both from a Public (NDP 2024) and Private perspective covering everything from Transport through to Energy both traditional and Renewable, the landscape within Project and Corporate Finance is a busy and sustainable oneWith this in mind we have multiple opportunities across a range of clients for Corporate and Project Finance skill sets and capabilities.Responsibilities:Develop and maintain sophisticated financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCFS) projections, sensitivity analyses, and valuation models to support strategic client decision-making.Ensure that financial models comply with industry standards and best practices.Working closely with the Partner as well as other departments in both Ireland and internationally on complex infrastructure and government lead project and corporate finance mandates.Review Excel and AI Based models under supervision and arrive at preliminary conclusions.Understand, manipulate, and interpret financial data and client information, drawing appropriate conclusions.Understanding our client requirements, co-developing our approach with the client, and providing value to our clients through insights, factual conclusions, and adviceCarry out relevant analysis and present your findings (both written and orally).Day to day progression of assignments to include planning, preparing, and reviewing various forms of deliverables to include reports and presentations.A focus on anticipating and identifying risks that require escalation and subsequently escalating these risks to more senior staff as appropriate.What we are seeking:The successful candidates will have gained at least 5 years plus experience (But can be up to 10 years given the AD role) and come from a Financial Modelling, Valuations, Investment Banking, Corporate or Project Finance background and will also at least masters Level qualified, ideally CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or CAIA qualified as well.On Offer:The opportunity to work across some of the most interesting and complex Infrastructure, Energy & renewables projects is a significant carrot both in terms of the role but also its effect on your future career aspirations across the sector – Which is really only getting started in terms of growthThe Culture, Environment and teams in question are excellent, brilliant package and excellent base salary with a healthy bonus to compliment it all.Feel free to reach out directly – Matt Fitzpatrick in Marks Sattin to discuss further.
