Senior Project Lead
We are seeking a skilled professional to manage a portfolio of customer projects, ensuring that effective project controls are in place with regard to schedule, quality, risk and activity monitoring.
* Project management experience: 4 years
* Engineering degree or equivalent
* Strong competency in written and verbal communications, working with people, analysing and problem solving, organising work and achieving objectives
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and resources to meet deadlines and deliver results. Ensure all projects adhere to company standards and policies.
Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support to ensure their growth and development.
Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks associated with each project, minimizing potential threats to project success.
Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes to ensure high-quality deliverables and customer satisfaction.
