Your main duties will include:
Food and Coffee Preparation & Presentation
Prepare and present a variety of food and drinks to meet our high standards.
Ensure the food and beverages are presented attractively and meet quality standards.
Follow recipes and ensure portion control is adhered to.
Customer Service Excellence
Provide a friendly, professional, and efficient service to all customers.
Greet customers with a positive attitude and ensure a pleasant dining experience.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and special requests with tact and professionalism.
Anticipate customer needs and go the extra mile to provide exceptional service.
Multitasking in a Fast-Paced Environment
Ability to juggle multiple tasks such as food prep, customer service, and cleaning, while maintaining high standards of performance.
Efficiently manage time and priorities during busy periods to ensure smooth operations.
Adherence to Company & Food Service Standards
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the work area, including food prep areas and customer-facing spaces.
Comply with all health, safety, and food safety regulations at all times.
Follow company policies and procedures to ensure consistency and quality across all services.
Teamwork and Collaboration
Work closely with colleagues in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Support team members with various tasks as needed to ensure operational efficiency.
Training will be provided as required

Schedule and Hours:
You will be rostered for any 5 days out of 7, including weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Shifts will be daytime (up to 8 hours per day), between 8am and 6pm with a maximum of 40 hours per week.
Please note this position requires both Saturday and Sunday availability and will not suit anyone who is limited by morning/afternoon hours due to school/college.
