We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented recent graduate or early-career professional to join our team as a Customer Service & Operations Coordinator. This is a full-time, in-person position based in our office and warehouse facility, with comprehensive training and strong support from day one.
This role is an excellent entry point for anyone looking to build a career in operations, logistics, or business management, with a clear pathway to progress into an Operations or Management role within 12–24 months for high performers.
What You'll Do (Full Training Provided):
· Professionally manage customer sales and fitting enquiries via phone and email
· Accurately input and manage customer orders within our internal systems
· Place and track product orders using supplier portals
· Coordinate calendars and scheduling for fitting and sales teams
· Assist with organising incoming deliveries (light manual handling where required — training provided)
· Maintain accurate records and prepare basic reports using Excel
Support the organisation of stock and warehouse workflow, contributing to smooth operational efficiency
· Ensure recycling practices are followed as part of our sustainability commitment
· Proactively help resolve customer queries by taking ownership and using initiative
· Contribute to wider operational projects and process improvements
About You:
* Degree-level qualification (Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Communications or similar)
* Strong written and spoken English with excellent attention to detail
* Comfortable using Microsoft Excel, Outlook and online systems
* Organised, reliable, and eager to learn
* Professional and confident communicator — especially over email and phone
* Positive, proactive and solution-focused — you get things done
* Willing to adapt and learn across both office and operational environments
