Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a wide range of hairdressing services, including cuts, colours, styling, and treatments.
* Consult with clients to understand their needs, offering professional advice and recommendations on styles and products.
* Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organization in the salon.
* Stay updated on the latest trends, techniques, and products in the industry.
* Deliver excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients.
* Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a positive salon environment.
* Promote and sell salon products and services to clients.
Qualifications & Requirements:
* Proven experience as a Hairdresser or Hairstylist (1+ years preferred).
* Strong knowledge of hair cutting, colouring, and styling techniques.
* Excellent communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* A positive attitude, with a passion for the industry.
