Job Title: Business Development Sales Executive
Location:Full time Field based within your designated territory in Ireland
Working Hours:Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Role Overview
As a Business Development Sales Executive at CPM, you will play a pivotal role in driving Vodafone's fixed broadband and mobile solutions to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) across Ireland. This position offers the autonomy of field-based sales with robust support from a dedicated manager and operations team.
Key Responsibilities
* Sales Target Achievement:Consistently meet and exceed sales targets for fixed broadband and mobile solutions tailored to the SME sector.
* Customer Engagement:Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their business needs to offer tailored Vodafone solutions.
* Product Knowledge:Stay informed about Vodafone's product offerings and industry trends to effectively present solutions to clients.
* Reporting:Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress.
* Collaboration:Work closely with the dedicated manager and operations team to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
* Experience:Proven track record in field sales, preferably within the telecommunications or SME sector.
* Skills:Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
* Technology Proficiency:Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook).
* Driving License:Full, clean Irish or EU driving license with access to a reliable vehicle.
Compensation & Benefits
* Base Salary:€32,000 per annum (DOE)
* Car Allowance:€5,000 per annum
* Performance Loyalty Bonus:€4,000 per annum
* Sales Incentives:Up to €25,000 per annual
* On-Target Bonus Earnings (OTE):€20,000 per annum (uncapped)
