**Job Title:** Nursing Leadership Position
About the Role:
The Nursing Leadership position is a vital role within our healthcare facility. As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day clinical practices in the centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure delivery of high-quality nursing and social care that meets individual needs of each resident by adhering to home policies and expected clinical standards at all times.
* Conduct regular ward rounds with GP to achieve best possible outcomes continuously reviewing residents' documentation ensuring timely assessments and care planning are documented appropriately.
* Maintain cleanliness standards auditing environmental hygiene regularly fostering effective working relationships between nurses carers housekeeping catering staff monitoring usage of temporary or agency staff keeping it minimal maintaining compliance agreed staffing levels conducting audits as necessary addressing any issues Epic Care associated touch screen residents relatives Person Centred interacting supporting families daily engaging key contact relative visitor escalating complaints DON level following up required manner management communication reporting senior leadership direct reports.
