Accounts Assistant
6 Month Contract
An accounts assistant role is opening, on a contract basis, in a leading Leinster hotel property.
Reporting to the on-site Financial Controller, this role will cover various functions within the accounts team as follows:
Main Duties
* (1) Revenue Reporting
o Preparation and communication of daily & weekly Revenues
o Daily Revenue audit and reconciliation processes
* (2) Payroll Processing
o Process payroll on Quantum software (weekly)
o Preparation of labour reportsPreparation of payroll journals
* (3) Other Duties
o AR Ledger and credit control management
o Assist with General Ledger postings, Balance sheet reconciliations, Year End processing and External Audit process
The Person
* Experience in similar busy accounts department
* Hotel experience is an advantage
* Strong excel experience would be advantageous
