Store Manager – Sallynoggin
Our client, a well-known big box retail chain, is seeking an experienced Retail Store Manager to join their team in one of their South Dublin locations. This Store Manager job is ideally suited to an experienced, high-volume Senior Fashion or Non-Food/Grocery Store Manager who has a passion for driving success in a people-focused environment.
Responsibilities as Store Manager include:
1. Build a strong, motivated team by providing leadership, training, and support to ensure high performance.
2. Set and communicate sales targets and KPIs, ensuring the team is focused on driving growth and achieving key metrics.
3. Maintain exceptional customer service standards to improve the shopping experience and build customer loyalty.
4. Analyse sales reports and use data-driven insights to make informed decisions on stock, pricing, and overall store performance.
5. Monitor stock loss and implement strategies to reduce shrinkage and minimise company costs.
Skills and qualities of the Store Manager include:
6. At least five years of retail management experience in a fast-paced, high-volume store, ideally from a fashion, non-food or grocery environment.
7. Experience managing a team of 30+ employees.
8. Strong understanding of profit and loss and commercially driven.
9. Excellent communication skills and confident in influencing and driving performance.
10. Target-driven with a strong focus on sales and business growth and customer service.
11. Well-organised with strong planning and operational skills.
