Responsibilities
Operate production machinery efficiently and safely
Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met
Package and label products accurately
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist in the training of new team members
Follow safety procedures and guidelines at all times
Report any machinery issues or product discrepancies to supervisors
Requirements
Previous experience in a production or manufacturing role preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Basic understanding of food safety regulations
Willingness to work flexible hours, including shift work
Physical ability to lift and manoeuvre heavy materials or equipment
