You'll work directly with our Games Department Lead to further develop our game projects, starting with theTTRPG. You'll also be working closely with:Our WritersOur EditorsOur Game ProducerOur Game TestersTogether, you'll take Soul Atlas games above and beyondYOUR RESPONSIBILITIESImmediate PrioritiesLearn the extensive Soul Atlas lore.Learn the game system we are currently developing.Work on writing and adapting rules for our games.Work with leadership to understand priorities and speed up game development.Midterm to Long-Term GoalsHelp us launch four individual one-shot adventures for our TTRPGCollaborate on writing our full rulebook.Begin concept work on our future card game.YOUYou are creative, passionate, and unafraid to experiment with different game systems.You have:Vast experience with TTRPGs, preferably with systems that are not just D&D.Some experience with game design, preferably with TTRPGs, boardgames or cardgames. But any game design experience is appreciated.Familiarity with tools like Notion and Miro.Good communication skills, you are available to report on your progress to the team and are quick to ask any questions to speed up progress.Experience with writing rules, modding games, or customizing existing games.A love for fantasy worlds, storytelling, and worldbuilding (a big plus)Bonus points if you've worked in:Creative studios or media companiesFantasy or film projectsTIME COMMITMENTPart-time: around10–15 hours per week, depending on project timelines.Fully remote, flexible, and compatible with other commitments — we respect your time and autonomy.COMPENSATION (READ CLOSELY)Salary:At this point, there isno salary. Like the rest of the leadership and creative crew, you'll be building this adventure as a co-entrepreneur with shared ownership potential.Profit Participation:You will be compensated through aprofit-sharing structure, currently under final legal review. This means that as Soul Atlas grows, your contributions directly translate into potential future revenue.This structure allows everyone in the project - from creatives to executives - to benefit from Soul Atlas's eventual commercial success.
