Intel is seeking an experienced Legal Counsel to support corporate strategy and operations in Ireland, as well as EMEA wide commercial matters.
This role is ideal for a candidate with an adaptive mindset, willing to partner closely with cross-jurisdictional legal stakeholders to deliver exceptional legal support.
* The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor and strong example/influencer across the campus.
* Providing advice on regulatory compliance, employment, construction, real estate, facilities, environmental health, procurement, government incentives, collaboration agreements, software licensing, sales agreements, custom product transactions, and government tenders.
* Managing dispute resolutions, arbitrations or litigation.
* Supporting site/corporate re-organizations.
* Deployment of corporate trainings.
* Collaboration with external advisors and stakeholders.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's Degree
* Qualified to practice as a Solicitor in Ireland
* Minimum 6 years post-qualification experience
Preferred Qualifications:
* Fluency in any other European language
