Customer Support Team Leader
Soundstore, a leading Electrical Retailer in Munster, has an immediate vacancy for a Customer Support Team Leader.
This team leader will lead, organize and inspire a dedicated team of 5/6 Customer Support Specialists in delivering an exceptional customer experience for Soundstore.

Answer inbound calls, online chat, and emails efficiently and timely.

Bring a high level of accountability and thrive under pressure.
Communication – Communicate effectively and efficiently with all potential customers seeking help or advice.

Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is organised, curious, capable of leading a team, and comfortable dealing with customers and suppliers over the phone or by e‑mail.
The role suits a motivated, energetic, and enthusiastic person who is customer‑focused, has excellent communication skills, excellent written and spoken English, and the people skills necessary to handle customers professionally.
The successful candidate will handle inbound calls, emails, and chat efficiently and possess the administrative skills required to ensure smooth operation of the Customer Support department.
A strong interest in or knowledge of kitchen appliances, TVs, and computers is advantageous but not essential, as full training is provided.
Familiarity with SAP or similar computer systems would be beneficial.
Job Location
The successful candidate will work out of one of our stores, with flexibility to work from home as part of the working week.
Working Week
40 hours over 5 days between Monday to Sunday.
Qualifications
Previous call centre experience, although not essential, would be a clear advantage.
Expected Earnings
€38,000 per annum.
